Official and authorized certification assures that all business procedures are documented and are carried out according to norms and standards.

Our company is certified:

1. AMOE-Certificate

Basic requirement for the certificat is the duty of social rights compliance. This ensures you to authorize a company without illegal employment. Especially this aspect is important due to the provisions of national law. Certified members have been verified to fulfill the legal requirements - technical qualification, financial ability and personal reliability - officially checked.

2. DIN EN ISO 9001:2000

Egon Michels GmbH was proofed by SVG ZERT, the european institute for certification of management systems and personnel. Intention of ISO 9001:2000:

• steady improvement of the QM-system and therefore improvement of products and services to enhance customer satisfaction
• increase orientation to business processes
• configuration of QM-System due to eight principals of management
• documentation of all business procedures in a QM-Guide
• quality reviews with all employees

3. DIN EN 12522

DIN EN 12522 is a set of european norms, defining special requirements for moving services.

The goal of the norm is to define a european-wide high level of moving-standards. Therefore it is a helpful indicator for customers to select a highly qualified mover from the plurality of providers.
