To support our team, we are looking for a management assistant (f/m) for shipping and logistics services, starting 1 August 2018.
Michels International is one of the leading moving companies in the region, with headquarters in Gelsenkirchen. Duration of the training:
3 years (reductions on the basis of academic degrees or above-average training achievements are possible)

Your tasks:
• Getting familiar with the logistical and commercial processes of a service-oriented company
• Deployment in all areas relevant to the training
• Planning of routes and deployments
• Customer consultancy, bid calculation and complaint acceptance
• Proper handling of customs documents
• Correspondence and communication with business partners around the world
• Determination of costs and revenues

Our requirements:
• Good school graduation certificate (secondary school level certificate, general or subject-linked higher education entrance qualification, advanced technical college entrance qualification)
